If you are struggling to understand the ups and downs of your child’s emotions, this program gives you a roadmap to creating secure attachment. The program and group discussion will help you to:

Understand your child’s emotional world and how to read their cues

Support your child in learning to regulate their emotions

Learn how to re-connect when your relationship gets out of sync

Tap into your wisdom as caregiver

How? This is an 8 week group program via Zoom. Each session is 1.5 hours. Before we start, I will meet individually with you for a 15 minute chat with you and also a half hour session with you half way through to support processing any ideas that you would like to dig into. And then you have the option to book a final half hour parent coaching session at the end of the course.
